Sarah is NASM-Certified Personal Trainer, NASM-Certified Nutrition Coach, and USAW Level 1 Weightlifting Coach. She started her CrossFit journey in 2010 after her mom opened a box in her old stomping ground of Long Island, NY. Sarah has experience coaching CrossFit group and introductory classes, as well as one-on-one coaching sessions, for the last eight years. She is also certified in CPR/AED.
